Cancellation Policy

If your plans have changed, you may cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your private experience, based on Mexico City time. Please email us at hola@cleybercan.travel from the same email address used to make your reservation. Your reservation deposit will be refunded to the original payment method, less any fees or commissions applied by PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or other payment intermediaries.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the private experience, based on Mexico City time, will not receive a refund of the reservation deposit.

Please note that special events cannot be changed or modified once confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, hot air balloon flights, light and sound shows, temazcal experiences, spa services, lucha libre, skydiving, hang gliding, paragliding, sailing experiences, or yacht services.
