Cancellation Policy

If your plans have changed, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your private experience, based on Mexico City time. Please email us at hola@cleybercan.travel from the same email address used to make your reservation. Your refund will be issued to your credit card, less any fees applied by your bank or other payment intermediaries.

Please note that special events cannot be changed or modified once confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, hot air balloon flights, light and sound shows, temazcal experiences, spa services, lucha libre, skydiving, hang gliding, paragliding, sailing experiences, or yacht services.
